Rental price and other fees
Deposit
A security deposit will be requested upon arrival of the customers:
- 2000 € for apartments lower than 120 SQM
- 4000 € for apartments from 120 to 220 SQM
- 6000 € for apartments over 220 SQM
Service fee: 10% + VAT
Magnificent and bright beachfront apartment tastefully decorated located in one of the most privileged complex of Marbella, a short walk from Puerto Banus enjoying stunning sea views. Different spaces of the property have been divided by lattices providing privacy without losing natural light and sea views. Facing east, the property is distributed in entrance hall, spacious and bright living room with direct access to a covered and glazed terrace divided into dining and living area leading to the open terrace and solarium, separate dining room and office, four bedrooms en-suite, a guest toilet. All bathrooms are equipped with walk-in shower except the master bathroom which also has a freestanding bathtub. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area. Built with high quality materials, the property is equipped with ample closet space, dressing room, marble floors, air conditioning, underfloor heating throughout except in the bathrooms which have electric towel rails. Check-out: 10:00h
Minimum no of nights: A 7 night stay is preferred. Some properties will accept 4 nights if it fits between pre-existing bookings. Please enquire with our representative.
Cancellation Policy: Strict (all prepayments are non-refundable).
Payment Terms: 50% of rental price and service fee due upon booking. Remaining balance and security deposit due 60 days before arrival.
