Deposit
A security deposit will be requested upon arrival of the customers:
- 2000 € for apartments lower than 120 SQM
- 4000 € for apartments from 120 to 220 SQM
- 6000 € for apartments over 220 SQM
Service fee: 10% + VAT

Upon entry, you are welcomed by a spacious courtyard lined with a tropical garden. From the front door, you step into the hall which broadens to an open-plan living area flowing into both the kitchen and dining area. Floor-to-ceiling windows brighten the inner space and provide views into the garden and pool area. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for recipe exploration, the dining table is perfect to enjoy your home-cooked meals, and the outer dining area lets you bask in the fresh air while you feast in the warmer months of the year.
The ground floor offers the first bedroom and bathroom. The first floor boasts another two bedrooms. The first with a double bed and its ensuite bathroom and large open plan windows facing out into the garden. The second is the impressive Master Bedroom which has a desk, Smart TV, a large ensuite bathroom and extends into a large private terrace. In the basement, you will find the 4th large bedroom which is also ensuite.
The basement holds a large and spacious living area with plenty of light which opens to a patio, a private gym area, as well as an extra bathroom. It also has a double sofa bed and a kitchenette should you want to host or have staff members who can make use of it.
The stunning solarium rooftop terrace is one of the best areas to enjoy the mornings as well as evenings! A bubbly jacuzzi, outdoor shower, large lounge area, barbeque grill and outdoor kitchen make this a lovely spot for gatherings and long nights.
The house is of course equipped with a state-of-the-art domotic system. Further features include secure parking space for 2 cars, air conditioning, and underfloor heating throughout the home. Not to mention the elevator which allows easy access to all parts of the home. Pool heating is also available at an additional cost.
Rio Verde is one of the most sought-after residential areas of Marbella, with several restaurants and shops within 5 minutes walking distance, and a short stroll of about 15 to 20 minutes lands you right at Puerto Banús, or if you head the other way to the Marbella Club & Puente Romano Resort.

Minimum no of nights: A 7 night stay is preferred. Some properties will accept 4 nights if it fits between pre-existing bookings. Please enquire with our representative.
Cancellation Policy: Strict (all prepayments are non-refundable).
Payment Terms: 50% of rental price and service fee due upon booking. Remaining balance and security deposit due 60 days before arrival.
