Close to the best international schools, trendy leisure areas, high-quality restaurants and essential services.

The townhouse belongs to a residential complex in a Mediterranean Arabic style, with beautiful gardens and a large swimming pool reminiscent of an oasis of peace. South facing, it is distributed over three levels. A security deposit will be requested upon arrival of the customers:

  • 2000 € for apartments lower than 120 SQM
  • 4000 € for apartments from 120 to 220 SQM
  • 6000 € for apartments over 220 SQM

Terms & Conditions

Minimum no of nights: A 7 night stay is preferred. Some properties will accept 4 nights if it fits between pre-existing bookings. Please enquire with our representative.

Cancellation Policy: Strict (all prepayments are non-refundable).

Payment Terms: 50% of rental price and service fee due upon booking. Remaining balance and security deposit due 60 days before arrival.
