This floor also hosts three double bedrooms, two sharing a bathroom and one with its own ensuite.

From the inviting living room, step directly onto a wonderful, partially covered terrace that spans the length of the space, complete with staircases leading down to the inviting pool area and extensive gardens.

A graceful staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find a grand master bedroom suite featuring a comfortable seating area, a private dressing room, a secluded terrace, and an opulent ensuite marble bathroom with a two-person Jacuzzi bath and two separate showers.

Also on this floor are three additional double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and private terrace, offering spectacular views from every room.

Convenience is ensured with two parking areas providing space for a total of nine vehicles.

The vibrant hubs of Marbella and Puerto Banús are just a short 15 to 20-minute drive away, renowned for their international dining scene, designer boutiques, and world-class yacht marinas. A security deposit will be requested upon arrival of the customers:

  • 2000 € for apartments lower than 120 SQM
  • 4000 € for apartments from 120 to 220 SQM
  • 6000 € for apartments over 220 SQM

Terms & Conditions

Minimum no of nights: A 7 night stay is preferred. Some properties will accept 4 nights if it fits between pre-existing bookings. Please enquire with our representative.

Cancellation Policy: Strict (all prepayments are non-refundable).

Payment Terms: 50% of rental price and service fee due upon booking. Remaining balance and security deposit due 60 days before arrival.
