This is a beautiful west-facing two-bedroom apartment in a landmark building, Marina Mariola – An exclusive and tranquil oasis on Marbella’s Golden Mile. Bright, modern, fresh and all that you could ever want, just on your doorstep!

Tastefully decorated, this 100m2 apartment boasts a spacious living/dining room with large sliding doors leading to the private terrace (side sea and mountain views) with sunbeds as well as an outdoor dining area. With the sun shining and the sound of the waves, this is the perfect place to lay back with a cool drink and enjoy your holiday, not to mention the sunsets!

The fully equipped kitchen has a ‘window’ with sliding glass panes that opens onto the dining area.

There are two bedrooms, one double with ensuite bathroom and access to the terrace, and one with twin beds. There is a second full bathroom. Both bathrooms have a bath with incorporated shower.

Air-conditioning and WiFi are included.

Located right on the beach promenade on the famous Golden Mile, between Puerto Banús and Marbella. Just a few minutes’ walk to the very heart of Marbella with several shopping centres, restaurants and the cosy old town with its narrow streets and lovely Orange Square, where it is recommended to have a nice evening meal between the many orange trees.

Right outside the actual development, you have several nice beach bars and chiringuitos to choose from.

The development offers exquisite hallways steeped in tropical plants, beautiful tropical gardens with water features, direct access to the beach and a fantastic outdoor swimming pool plus a gymnasium with sauna and changing rooms.

A concierge service, 24-hour security and underground parking are important additional features.

* Please note that the outdoor swimming pool is only available from May to October.

Deposit

A security deposit will be requested upon arrival of the customers:

  • 2000 € for apartments lower than 120 SQM
  • 4000 € for apartments from 120 to 220 SQM
  • 6000 € for apartments over 220 SQM

Service fee: 10% + VAT

Terms & Conditions

Minimum no of nights: A 7 night stay is preferred. Some properties will accept 4 nights if it fits between pre-existing bookings. Please enquire with our representative.

Cancellation Policy: Strict (all prepayments are non-refundable).

Payment Terms: 50% of rental price and service fee due upon booking. Remaining balance and security deposit due 60 days before arrival.
