Deposit
A security deposit will be requested upon arrival of the customers:
- 2000 € for apartments lower than 120 SQM
- 4000 € for apartments from 120 to 220 SQM
- 6000 € for apartments over 220 SQM
Service fee: 10% + VAT
This nice and cozy frontline beach ground floor apartment is conveniently situated in the Puerto Banus area, next to the prestigious Hotel Guadalpin Banus and has direct access to one of the best beaches.
The apartment is very bright and modernly decorated and offers a large living room with a dining area with access to a large covered terrace with a separate dining and lounge area. There are two bedrooms, the guest bedroom with ensuite bathroom and the master bedroom also with ensuite bathroom offers not only direct access to the terrace but also has an extra mini bedroom with one bed which is closed off with a sliding door, ideal for a child or baby cot. There is a fully fitted kitchen with a laundry area.
The apartment is on the beach promenade only a 10-minute walk from Puerto Banus and 20 minutes to San Pedro and within a short driving distance from all amenities and shops.

Minimum no of nights: A 7 night stay is preferred. Some properties will accept 4 nights if it fits between pre-existing bookings. Please enquire with our representative.
Cancellation Policy: Strict (all prepayments are non-refundable).
Payment Terms: 50% of rental price and service fee due upon booking. Remaining balance and security deposit due 60 days before arrival.
