Inside, you'll find an original 18th-century Tyrolean Stube, a testament to the region's rich history and craftsmanship, complemented by rich, warm fabrics used throughout, creating the perfect winter residence. The dining area, additionally, boasts an authentic Renaissance painted ceiling, adding a touch of art and elegance.

Perfect for families or groups of friends, this residence is laid out over a single floor and comfortably sleeps 12 people across five en-suite bedrooms. Access is effortless, either via the lift or stairs. All bedrooms and the living area offer stunning views from spacious and sunny south-west facing balconies, perfect for enjoying the alpine scenery.

The generous entrance hallway leads to a passageway which, in one direction, connects to the bedrooms and, in the other, to the main living areas. The delightful open-plan living and dining area, complete with a traditional Austrian fireplace, is located at the west end of the property, affording breathtaking views from its elevated balconies. The well-equipped open-plan kitchen overlooks the dining area, which comfortably seats 12 guests.

For entertainment, a comfortable and cozy separate TV room is the ideal space for children to unwind after an active day on the slopes.

The master bedroom is exceptionally spacious and filled with natural light, featuring an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony. The bed can also be conveniently split into two twins if required. Three further twin/double bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities and decorated in a cozy alpine style, offer flexibility and comfort. The fifth room is a traditional quad bunk room with adult-size bunk beds, including a small desk and an en-suite shower room. An additional guest toilet is also located off the main hallway.

For ski enthusiasts, the property features a shared ski locker and boot heating room located on the lower ground floor. Additionally, discover a wonderful shared spa area on the same floor, featuring a relaxing hammam, a revitalizing sauna, shower, and a relaxation area, shared with two other apartments in the chalet.

The property offers external parking for two vehicles. For those opting for the catered light basis, food is prepared in a professional kitchen area on the lower floor and then served by hosts in the comfort of your apartment.

A security deposit will be requested upon arrival of the customers:

  • 4000 € for apartments from 120 to 220 SQM
  • 6000 € for apartments over 220 SQM

Terms & Conditions

Minimum no of nights: A 7 night stay is preferred. Some properties will accept 4 nights if it fits between pre-existing bookings. Please enquire with our representative.

Cancellation Policy: Strict (all prepayments are non-refundable).

Payment Terms: 50% of rental price and service fee due upon booking. Remaining balance and security deposit due 60 days before arrival.
