  • NO SMOKING / NO NOISE: The villa is a non-smoking property. Loud music or disruptive noise at night is strictly forbidden.

  • LATE NIGHT AWARENESS: Because this is a townhouse, sound travels easily. Guests are strictly requested to remove high heels indoors and be mindful of heavy footsteps. Do not ring the community speakerphone or intercom late at night to avoid waking neighbors; guests must carry their physical keys at all times.

  • ZERO TOLERANCE: Any breach of these rules will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund, and authorities will be called to escort guests out of the property straight away.

Deposit

A security deposit will be requested upon arrival of the customers:

  • 2000 € for apartments lower than 120 SQM
  • 4000 € for apartments from 120 to 220 SQM
  • 6000 € for apartments over 220 SQM

Terms & Conditions

Minimum no of nights: A 7 night stay is preferred. Some properties will accept 4 nights if it fits between pre-existing bookings. Please enquire with our representative.

Cancellation Policy: Strict (all prepayments are non-refundable).

Payment Terms: 50% of rental price and service fee due upon booking. Remaining balance and security deposit due 60 days before arrival.
