Description

Location, Location, Location! 2 bedroom apartment located on the frontline of the world famous Puerto Banús in Marbella. This spacious and stylish property is located right in the centre of the action, with restaurants, bars, shopping, the beach, and sea just metres away. From the private terrace guests will enjoy panoramic views of the marina and the sea, the perfect spot for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink before experiencing all that Puerto Banús has to offer!

Located on the second floor (only accessible by staircase), the apartment provides an open plan living/dining area, private terrace, fully equipped kitchen, and 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a large double bed, plenty of wardrobe space, and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and access to the bathroom in the corridor, which also has a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have double windows that keep the apartment quiet and secure.

The kitchen has everything needed for those clients that like to cook and entertain while on holiday. Featuring: fridge/freezer, oven, stove, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, and all plates/bowls/glassware/cutlery etc. The dining area has seating for 4. The living room offers a recliner sofa and armchair facing a TV with IPTV box (international channels). Large south facing windows bathe the room in natural light and provide access to the terrace, complete with alfresco dining area (4 seats) and sun lounger. From here guests enjoy uninterrupted views of Puerto Banús (marina) and the sea. It is the perfect spot for taking in the fantastic atmosphere that is so special here!

The apartment has centralised air conditioning (hot and cold) and strong fibre optic WIFI in all rooms. 

Due to the apartment's central location this may not be the right place for guests looking for a quiet stay. Although the windows are double thick, some noise should be expected especially during the busier periods (summer months, holidays etc). 

Groups under the age of 30 and party groups are not permitted at the property.

A security deposit will be requested upon arrival of the customers:

  • 2000 € for apartments lower than 120 SQM
  • 4000 € for apartments from 120 to 220 SQM
  • 6000 € for apartments over 220 SQM

Service fee: 10% + VAT

Terms & Conditions

Minimum no of nights: A 7 night stay is preferred. Some properties will accept 4 nights if it fits between pre-existing bookings. Please enquire with our representative.

Cancellation Policy: Strict (all prepayments are non-refundable).

Payment Terms: 50% of rental price and service fee due upon booking. Remaining balance and security deposit due 60 days before arrival.
